The minimum requirements to install MLS Touch, as of February 2024, are as follows:

iPhone
Requires iOS 15.0 or later.
iPad
Requires iPadOS 15.0 or later.
iPod touch
Requires iOS 15.0 or later.

Android
7.0 and later

Please note that devices that do not use the Google Play Store by default are not guaranteed to be supported.
