Need to add Programs as a second outlook profile on your system.

Shared the Programs user password via zoho,

• DO NOT Change or edit this password as its used in sending mail via HF and would break your ticket replies.
• Once saved in the profile you should only need to re-authenticate every 45-90 days or so - sorry I don't recall the exact setting.
• You can choose either for outlook to prompt you each time when opening or manually switching between profiles only as needed. If you will rarely use manually switching is the best option.

Example of prompt when opening outlook - fyi - here Outlook is the name of my mluck mail profile. With this to swap back and forth you close and reopen outlook choosing the correct profile each time.

Option of no prompt at outlook startup - just switch manually as needed. This triggers a one time prompt at startup of outlook.
